knus offers mental health educational plans, relaxation experiences and live workshops.

knus is non-for-profit, run solely by trained volunteers, fully insured and is regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.

What does 'knus' mean?

knus means ‘hug’ in Danish and is pronounced ‘k nuse’ (knuːs).

A hug always feels good and that's the feeling we aim to give to those we help.

It's an emergency

If you don’t feel safe, feel suicidal or may have harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help and should:
